How to Verify a Mailing?

If you receive a letter or postcard in the mail regarding the Our Daily Trips Survey, certain information will help you verify its legitimacy. For example, the return address will include the Metropolitan Council, the Minnesota Department of Transportation, the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, and RSG, the survey research firm selected to conduct the survey.

Additionally, the logos from our partnering agencies, such as the Metropolitan Council, the Minnesota Department of Transportation, the Wisconsin Department of Transportation will be displayed at the bottom.

The mailing will include a unique access code for your household to join the survey. To get started, complete a brief ten-minute survey and receive $5. Next, we will ask your household to report your travel for a randomly assigned travel period. Your household will receive an additional $5-$10 per person for completing the full survey.
